1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Georgia Portable Restrooms LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement

All portable restroom and sanitation equipment rentals are subject to availability and the execution of a formal rental agreement. The customer agrees to:

• Provide a safe, accessible, and level location for equipment placement.
• Ensure our service vehicles have clear access for delivery, maintenance, and pickup.
• Not move the equipment once placed by our personnel without prior authorization.

3. Damage and Liability

The customer assumes all responsibility for equipment while on their site. The customer is liable for any damage, loss, theft, or vandalism to the rented equipment. We recommend securing the site to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Service and Maintenance

For long-term rentals, we provide weekly servicing which includes pumping, cleaning, restocking supplies, and deodorizing. If equipment is inaccessible during the scheduled service day, the service may be skipped without a refund.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your invoice or rental agreement. We reserve the right to remove equipment from any site if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
